Order Processing

At PAVITRA Sacred Beauty, we strive to process all orders promptly. Order processing time is typically 1-4 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options for deliveries within the UK and Europe:

Within the UK:

  • Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days
  • Express Delivery: 1-3 business days

To Europe:

  • Standard Delivery: 5-15 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen delays with the postal or courier services.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the selected shipping method and destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the status of your shipment.

International Shipping

Currently, we only offer shipping to the UK and Europe. International shipping charges do not include any local taxes, customs duties, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery.

Lost or Damaged Orders

PAVITRA Sacred Beauty is not responsible for lost or damaged orders during transit. Once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, the responsibility lies with the carrier. In the event of a lost or damaged order, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking information for assistance.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return policy subject to the following conditions:

  • Contact Us: Please contact us at pavitrasacredbeauty@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
  • Original Packaging: Products must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.
  • Return Approval: Returns must be approved by our customer service team. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that all delivery details are entered correctly at checkout. All shipping information is processed automatically, and shipping labels are generated directly from the information provided by the customer. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Orders with inaccurate or incomplete delivery details cannot be refunded or replaced. 

If an incorrect address has been provided, please contact the courier service directly. Unfortunately, we are unable to assist in retrieving or redirecting parcels once they have been dispatched.

It is the customer’s responsibility to double-check all information before confirming their purchase.
